NDIS rostering

NDIS rostering software for connected support teams

Connected Teams capability

Build a roster around real people, participant context and the requirements that apply to each organisation.

Scheduling and availability workflows are implemented; organisation policies determine assignment controls.
01

Create rosters with the surrounding context

The scheduling module provides shift creation, editing, publishing, assignment and live views. The public product story is not a generic calendar: it is a connected workflow that can be linked to workers, participants and organisation requirements.

  • Create and edit shifts
  • Publish and manage assignments
  • View live and vacant shift workflows
02

Match people to the work

Availability, conflicts, worker roles and organisation-configured qualification rules can be considered when teams prepare and assign work. Matching remains explainable to the authorised scheduler.

  • Worker availability and unavailability
  • Conflict and eligibility checks
  • Role, team, location and qualification rules where configured
03

Keep exceptions visible

Open shifts, declined offers, no-shows, cancellations and other scheduling actions use explicit workflows. Job-board style claiming is capability-gated and should not be assumed to be enabled for every organisation.

  • Vacant shift and offer workflows
  • Cancellation and no-show actions
  • Organisation-specific scheduling policy

Questions, answered

Understand the workflow before you begin.

Is Connected Teams a public support worker marketplace?

No. It is an organisation-managed workforce platform. Any job-board or open-shift capability is controlled by the organisation and its enabled features.

Can a roster warn about an expired qualification?

The staff compliance and agent services can identify expiring or expired credentials and roster impacts when those capabilities are enabled.

Can teams manage recurring or vacant shifts?

The scheduling application contains shift, vacancy, offer and matching workflows, subject to organisation configuration.
