Connected Teams manages scheduling, attendance and approved timesheets. Aurum Payroll is the separate payroll operations application that imports approved source records, calculates payroll, manages pay runs and controls finalisation and payment workflows.
Aurum Payroll contains a Connected Teams integration client and contract workflow for approved-timesheet import, worker mapping, idempotency, revision handling and acknowledgement. Live use still requires the HTTPS service origin, credentials, organisation UUID and worker mappings to be configured and tested.
Approved work
Only approved, locked or export-ready entries should cross the payroll boundary.
Aurum Payroll
Remains the separate payroll application responsible for its own processing and credentials.
Implemented integration contract
Approved timesheets, explicit acknowledgement.
The Aurum repository implements the integration client and the Connected Teams contract with organisation context, scoped headers, worker mappings, idempotency, duplicate protection, revision handling and reconciliation history.

Prepare approved timesheets
Connected Teams exposes approved time, breaks, payable segments and worker mapping fields.

Authenticate the payroll service
A configured HTTPS service origin, bearer token, organisation identifier and granted payroll scope are required.

Import and map employees
Aurum maps stable worker identifiers to payroll employees and rejects missing or conflicting mappings.

Acknowledge and reconcile
Import acknowledgement is idempotent and is not a payment instruction; payroll review and payment remain separate Aurum controls.
